One World has all the necessary products & programs that are available in the market and most importantly we don't pad our rate sheets therefore allowing our Loan Officers to be competitive within the market, the ability to close loans in 7 days or less and we are FHA/Fannie Mae certified.

Current Positions:
We are currently recruiting for both our inside/outside mortgage banker position, our inside position we supply solid leads from borrower who have the credit and the ability to qualify for a loan. Our outside mortgage banker's position we provide all the marketing tools you will ever need to go after the realtor and the builder.

Marketing:
One World Mortgage will supply all of your business cards, signs, banners, professional marketing folders for realtors, builders, investors, closing documents folders to mention only a few. If out of the over 100 choices of flyers and brochure pieces you can not find what you are looking for, then One World Mortgage still has you covered, we have on staff a full time web & marketing designer to assist you with any customization & design you may need.

Closings:
We can close and disperse loans here at the office or have the attorney go directly to the client's work, or home to close the loan. With this type of partnership with our vendors bottom-line it eliminates excuses and gets more loans closed.

Compensation:
Our compensation plan is second to none we reward producers by paying incentives on gross fees, number of loans closed per month and in addition be part of monthly incentive bonuses.
